QuickBid ("we", "our", or "us"), provided by dev.mjandroid.quickbid, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application handles user information.
QuickBid is designed with privacy and contractor security as core principles. All your business data, client details, estimates, invoices, prices, and job photos reside locally on your device in the app's private storage, which other apps cannot access. We do NOT operate mandatory cloud databases or synchronize your client data to external servers.
The app periodically downloads the list of trade presets and free-plan limits from our server. If you ask QuickBid to suggest services for a custom trade, the trade name you type (for example "Pool Cleaning") is sent to our server and processed by an AI model to generate starter services and prices. Only the trade name is sent — no client, job, or contact information — and it is not linked to your identity.
Payments for QuickBid Pro subscriptions and lifetime unlocks are processed directly and securely through Google Play Billing. We never collect, store, or have access to your credit card or financial banking details.
To improve app reliability and prevent crashes on diverse Android devices, we use Google Firebase (Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Firebase Performance Monitoring). These services collect anonymized, aggregated device metrics (e.g., OS version, crash stack traces). They do not collect identifiable personal job records or client data.
Because your job and estimate records are stored locally on your device, you retain total control over your data. You can edit, delete jobs, or erase all app data at any time by clearing app data or uninstalling QuickBid.
